It’s always tricky to review my friend’s books. I love Meg (@megjoneswrites) and was so excited to read her book. Nevertheless, while I might be biased, I was super impressed with her debut, and I think everyone should try it to see if it’s your speed.
Olive and Ben were adorable, and I loved how the characters were forced to work together to save their clubs.
This book also sends the important message that sometimes the career can feel right for now but then change with time. There is nothing wrong with changing career fields; if something doesn’t feel right, you should do something about it.
I’m looking forward to more from Meg. This book showed a fundamental storytelling skill that will serve her well in her upcoming WIPs. Also, the spice is superb!!
